This page explains what information In the Zone Irrigation collects through this website, our phone line and text messages, and how we use it. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
The short version: we collect what you choose to send us and some basic visit data, we use it to answer you and run our business, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
- Contact and estimate form: your name, phone number, email, city or town, the service you need and details about your project.
- Email and phone: anything you include when you email or call us.
Phone calls
Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated AI assistant that takes your message, answers common questions and passes your details to our staff. The assistant tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve our service. By staying on the line after that notice, you agree to the recording. If you do not want to be recorded, hang up and email us at ITZIRRIGATION@gmail.com.
Recordings, transcripts and call details are processed and stored by our service providers (Retell AI, which answers and transcribes calls, and Supabase, which stores the call notes our team reviews) on our behalf and are kept for as long as we need them to serve you, then deleted.
Text messages
If you text us, we use your number and message (and any photo you send) only to reply about your request. We do not add you to any marketing text list. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is not yet a common standard for them.
How we use information

- To provide and schedule the products or services you ask for
- To send messages you asked for, such as updates or our email list
- To understand how the site is used and make it better
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or fraud

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the site and business, such as Netlify (website hosting and form delivery), Retell AI (phone answering), Supabase (call records). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public
- If our business is sold or reorganized, with the new owner, who must honor this policy
Your choices
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect and keep information
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit who can see what you send us and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
